Archives can be scheduled either by days of the week. They can be scheduled for any specific time of day, or every so many hours. After setting the scheduling options, clicking on the Schedule button will put an entry into the launchd service, which will tell the operating system to run MailSteward at the specified time and dates. MailSteward will then automatically archive e-mail beginning on the date of the most recent e-mail in the database file. As always, any duplicates will be skipped. The scheduling options can be changed at any time. Changing the options and clicking on the Schedule button will replace the MailSteward entry in launchd. Don't forget to click on the Schedule button. The Viewing panel lets you set the font and the date format to be used when displaying e-mail text. Click on the Set List Text Font... button to set the font for the list of e-mail search results. Click on the Set body Text Font... to set the font for the body of the e-mail selected in the list. Any combination of year, month, day order and separator character (-, /, .) can be chosen for the date format. You can also choose the default sorting order for Browse and Search results.
